Here is the underside of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge in Dallas, TX. It was designed by Santiago Calatrava in 2002 and opened in 2012. The bridge does cross the trinity river in Dallas, which does flood every year and the bridge has 6 lanes of traffic to lead vehicles in and out of the city.
The the bridge received an Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award.
